Ordering

    • You may order signed in as well as not signed in. As a logged on, signed user, you do not have to re-enter your details and you collect bonus points, which may be used to claim products (shipping fee still added).

    • Delivery times are separately marked under each item and need to be taken into consideration when ordering. If an item is shown as in stock, it is available at once. If you are ordering several products, please choose whether you would like them shipped separately, or at once when they have all arrived at our shop. Delivery times are always marked in working days and do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

    • When ordering, choose the method of transport best suited to you. It is possible to order to the shop by coming to collect yourself, thus not having to pay for transport. You will be notified, when the items you ordered have arrived. Shipping price will be added to the total sum. When all your products are in stock/arrived and are ready to ship, it may take 1-2 working days for them to be sent out, as that depends upon our forwarder.

    • Make sure of the type of product before ordering! For example, mind the different categories like LP and CD,  DVD and BR, or PS3 and PS4 as the same albums/films/games have been released on different platforms and are not compatible cross-platform.


    • Make sure that films have your desired languages and subtitles. To check their inclusion, go to the product's page and scroll down for more information.

  • To confirm your order, you will need to move through the steps in the web store shopping basket and follow your bank’s instructions for payment. After payment, make sure you return to our site as instructed on your bank’s site. After successfully ordering and paying, you will receive a notification on your e-mail with a recepit – it has already been paid for!



General conditions

    • ’Terminal’ reserves the right to remove items, change prices and terms and conditions at will.

    • All orderable products aren’t always displayed. If you didn’t find the desired item in our web store, do not hesitate to inquire at info@terminal.ee

    • It is possible to pay outside the webstore as well. We can issue an invoice by e-mail and discuss shipping directly. For this purpose, please contact us at info@terminal.ee

    • A faulty or otherwise erroneous product may be returned. The terms and rights of returns are set in the Estonian Law of obligations act § 56. If the product is faulty or erroneous, please contact us as fast as possible and we’ll try and find a solution. If the shipment has been visibly damaged on arrival, please take a photograph of the shipment if possible.

    • ’Terminal’ is not obliged to take returns for quality products ordered mistakenly or that are not desired after ordering.
